Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Bankim Chandra Computer Siksha Mission (BCCSM), we strive to provide high-quality computer education and training services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for our courses, programs, and services.
1. Course Enrollment Cancellation
- Students may request a cancellation of their course enrollment within 7 days of registration, provided the course has not commenced.
- A written request must be submitted via email to bccsmonline@gmail.com or by contacting our support team.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- Cancellation After Course Start Date: No refund will be provided, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), subject to the discretion of BCCSM management.
- Online Courses: If study materials or resources have been accessed, no refund will be granted, regardless of course start date.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, students must:
- Submit a written request via email to bccsmonline@gmail.com.
- Include the following details:
- Full Name
- Contact Number
- Course Name
- Date of Enrollment
- Reason for Cancellation/Refund Request
4. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during enrollment.
- BCCSM is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5. No Refunds for Certain Services
Refunds are not applicable under the following conditions:
- For partially completed or completed courses
- If the student fails to attend or complete the course without prior notice
- For digital resources or study materials that have been accessed/downloaded
6. Force Majeure Clause
No refunds will be provided if the course or services are disrupted due to circumstances beyond BCCSM’s control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
7. Amendments to Policy
BCCSM reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at its sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
